Autumn in the Moscow Bauman garden.

1. If I’m not mistaken, these beautiful red leaves belong to Virginia creeper. There is an entire corridor, which is really nice to walk through.

2. 18^th century’s Nikita the Martyr church on Staraya Basmannaya street can be seen from under the creeper.

Vasily Lvovych Pushkin (uncle of Alexander Sergeyevich) was living nearby and his funeral was held here.

Don’t get confused: Bauman garden is not located near the Bauman Moscow State Technical University, but near “Krasnye vorota” metro station between Staraya and Novaya Basmannaya streets.
